Exhort 9 – Prayer for Peace of Mind
If your thoughts feel heavy and restless,
this prayer will help you release tension and embrace God’s peace that surpasses all understanding.
- Few things surpass
the value of peace
and a sound mind. - To truly experience
life’s blessings on earth,
one must possess
inner peace. - Peace of mind transcends wealth,
pleasures,
celebrations,
rest,
and more. - In every way,
God grants me
this invaluable peace of mind. - God’s peace
surpasses all understanding,
placing me in a state of bliss
beyond my comprehension. - It is challenging
to calm my mind
amidst the spiritual,
physical,
and digital turmoil. - Numerous opinions,
paths,
instructions,
and tasks
cloud my thoughts. - Various situations provoke anxiety
and stress,
entangling my mind. - Now, I let everything go
with deep breaths
that relax me.
I invite God’s peace
to take over. - I find tranquility
as peace flows through me
with each breath. - In this moment,
I surrender all tensions
to the Divine,
embracing a peaceful existence. - With God,
all things are possible;
therefore,
I need not worry. - I liberate my thoughts,
acknowledging
that God’s ways
are both distinct
and more dependable
than mine. - I open my being
to receive God’s peace. - The Divine Spirit of God
comforts and shields me—
shielding my mind
from disruptive thoughts. - The Creator knows precisely
how to provide peace
for me. - I embrace God’s peace
in making decisions
and moving forward
from this point. - My mind and body relax,
knowing the Divine
is by my side,
continuously offering me peace
in all aspects of my life
and being.
