Exhort 26 – Prayer for Stress and Strength

Prayer that helps with stress and provides strength

1. I acknowledge
   the boundaries of my strength
   and the presence of my stress.
2. The exhaustion weighs heavily,
   draining my vitality.
3. Though I persevere,
   I find myself in need of assistance.
4. Oh God,
   lend me Your strength
   to uplift me.
5. Renew my spirit
   and breathe new life
   into my soul.
6. I implore Your divine peace
   to calm my anxious heart.
7. Guide me toward situations
   filled with goodness
   that shield me from stress.
8. With Your compassionate mercy,
   dissolve any weaknesses within me.
9. Bestow upon me
   a revitalizing life
   that renews my spirit
   throughout each day.
10. In doing so,
    I will bask in Your glory
    even more profoundly.
11. God’s invigorating power
    courses through me,
    transforming every aspect
    of my existence.
12. Reinforced by divine grace,
    I am no longer burdened
    by distress.
13. My entire being
    finds solace—
    now and for all eternity.
