Exhort 73 – Prayer for Strength and Guidance

This prayer for strength and guidance is offered for moments when the heart seeks clarity, courage, and direction under God’s wisdom.

1. Lord,
   I am deeply grateful
   for the blessings in my life—
   for the breath in my lungs,
   for the love that surrounds me,
   and for the lessons learned,
   both big and small.
2. I acknowledge the beauty
   in ordinary moments
   and the strength
   I have discovered within myself,
   even in the face of adversity.
3. Your goodness is constant.
   Your mercy is unending.
4. In this moment,
   I come before You
   with an open heart
   and a humble spirit.
5. I do not come with demands,
   nor expectations—
   only a desire
   to be guided by You.
6. I ask not only
   for strength to endure,
   but for wisdom to understand,
   courage to grow,
   and grace
   to forgive myself
   for my shortcomings.
7. Guide my steps, Lord,
   not by my limited vision,
   but by Your infinite wisdom.
8. Help me discern Your will
   in every decision—
   not by seeking control,
   but by cultivating trust
   in Your divine timing.
9. May I embrace challenges
   as opportunities for growth,
   not as obstacles to fear.
10. Grant me courage
    to step beyond my comfort,
    to face uncertainty
    with humility
    and a willingness to learn.
11. May Your grace
    be my constant companion—
    not distant,
    but present
    in every moment.
12. May Your love sustain me
    through every trial,
    not as a reward,
    but as proof
    of Your unwavering support.
13. Thank You
    for hearing my prayer
    and for the strength
    and guidance You provide.
14. May I walk this path
    with a grateful heart,
    a mind open to Your wisdom,
    and a spirit
    filled with Your love.
15. May Your goodness
    and mercy
    follow me
    all the days of my life.
