Dear God,
I thank You
that I can come to You
just as I am.
I am grateful
for Your presence
and Your mercy
over my life.
I admit, Lord,
I feel overwhelmed
in my body.
It feels like
one thing after another,
as if my strength
is slowly slipping.
I do not always know
what needs healing
and what does not.
But You know.
You see every organ,
every system,
every hidden place
within me.
I place my entire body
into Your hands.
I surrender
the need to figure it all out
on my own.
Have mercy on me, Lord,
for anything
within my life,
my past,
or unseen burdens
that may be affecting
my body.
Cleanse me
from the inside out.
Touch every organ
that needs healing.
Restore what is weak.
Repair what is strained.
Renew what is worn down.
Let Your healing flow
through my heart,
my lungs,
my liver,
my kidneys,
my stomach,
and every part
of my body.
Bring balance
to every system.
Let what is out of order
be brought back
into alignment.
Heal the root
of what is affecting me.
Remove anything
that is draining my strength.
Strengthen my body
as a whole.
Let life return
to every part of me.
Guide me, Lord,
in how to care
for my body.
Lead me
in the right direction
and give me wisdom
for each step I take.
Surround me, Lord,
with supportive people,
with systems,
and with the right energies
sent directly from You
that align with my healing
and strengthen my journey.
Let Your goodness and mercy
surround me.
Let Your peace
rest within me.
Calm my mind.
Quiet my thoughts.
Give me rest
in knowing
that You are working
within me
even now.
I trust You
are restoring me
from the inside out.
I trust
that my body
is being renewed
by Your power.
May You be glorified
in my healing,
in my strength,
and in my restoration.

for being my healer
and my source of life.
