If you are feeling weary or spiritually drained,
this prayer for restoration will help you ask God
to renew your spirit, refresh your strength, and restore you fully.
- May the delightful,
rejuvenating Spirit of God
restore me
to my intended state. - As the body requires
water and sleep
for renewal,
I pray for my spirit
to be refreshed
and returned
to its rightful place. - Being human,
I sometimes struggle
to remain uplifted
and faithful—
despite my efforts. - It is challenging
to maintain spiritual fortitude
within this mortal form,
not as a surrender
to weakness,
but as an acceptance
of our earthly circumstances. - Only You, God,
comprehend my journey
toward perfection.
You are the master creator. - I beseech You—
restore my spirit,
my mind,
and my body
to their optimal states. - I ask for assistance
during the moments
when I falter
and my faith wavers. - At times,
it feels insurmountable.
But with Your presence,
Your goodness,
and Your mercy,
I can effortlessly navigate
life’s highs and lows. - I acknowledge my need
for You
to restore my spirit
constantly. - As water cleanses
and revitalizes the body,
I invite Your Spirit
to refresh
and renew mine
in the same manner. - Miraculously restore me
beyond my expectations,
oh God.
Guide me along
a rejuvenating path
where Your goodness
and mercy flourish.
